Course Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for all courses offered. By enrolling in any course, the student agrees to comply with the following refund and cancellation terms.
1Classroom-Based & Virtual Online/ Live Courses
Refunds for classroom-based and virtual live instructor-led courses are subject to the following schedule:
Cancellation 3 days or more before the course start date
→Eligible for a full Refund - less a 10% Administrative fees + 18% GST Amount + 3% Platform/online Payment fees.
Cancellation between 1 to 3 days before the course start date
→Eligible for a 50% Refund of the course fees - less a 10% Administrative fees + 18% GST Amount + 3% Platform/online Payment fees.
Failure to attend or partial attendance
→Treated as a late cancellation; no refund applicable.
2Self-Paced Online Courses
Refunds for self-paced online courses are governed by the following conditions:
Within 3 days of purchase AND less than 10% of the course content accessed
→Eligible for a full refund, less a 25% Administrative fees + 18% GST Amount + 3% Platform/online Payment fees.
After 5 days from purchase, OR more than 10% of the course content accessed
→No refund will be issued.
Accessing course materials, downloads, or assessments
→Considered course usage and may void refund eligibility.
3General No-Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- •Failure to attend the course without prior written cancellation
- •Technical issues caused by the student's device, internet, or software
- •Change of mind after course access has been granted
- •Violation of course terms, academic integrity, or conduct policies
- •Transfer of course access to another individual
4Administrative Terms
•All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email or the support portal.
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
•Administrative fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
•The organisation reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
